The 12th WBPF World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2021 was successfully held on 1st to 7th October 2021 at Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The said championship was organised by the Federation of Bodybuilding, Fitness and MAS Wrestling of Uzbekistan, under the auspices of the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Federation (WBPF) , supported and recognized by the General Association of Asia Pacific Sports Federations (GAAPSF), the National Olympic Committee, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Uzbekistan.
2021年第12届WBPF世界健美锦标赛于2021年10月1日至7日在乌兹别克斯坦塔什干成功举办。 本次锦标赛是由世界健美和健体运动联合会 (WBPF) 主办，由乌兹别克斯坦健美、健身和 MAS 摔跤联合会承办，亚太体育联合会总协会 (GAAPSF) 、国家奥委会、乌兹别克斯坦旅游体育部支持和认可。
President of Uzbekistan National Olympic Committee, Mr Rustam Shaabdurakhmonov attended the opening ceremony of the Championship, during which, the WBPF President Datuk Paul Chua awarded with the highest WBPF award to the President of the Federation of Bodybuilding, Fitness and Mas-Wrestling of Uzbekistan, Mr Odil Abdurakhmanov Qalandarovich.
乌兹别克斯坦国家奥委会主席 Rustam Shaabdurakhmonov 先生出席了锦标赛开幕式，其間WBPF 主席蔡保羅拿督向乌兹别克斯坦健美、健身和摔跤联合会主席， Odil Abdurakhmanov Qalandarovich 先生颁发了 WBPF 的最高奖项。
Stood out among ten finalists, REZA NOURIARA from IRAN won the title of WBPF Mr Universe 2021.
